  1. Hi. My name is Leigh Ann Heinse and I’m a Realtor in Baton Rouge LA. I would like to use your oyster shell image as part of a graphic under my business information that is used on the side of an address stamp. The image is not on the actual stamp. The image would be REALLY small and have the words welcome home written along the side ( again, the actual stamp design will be completely different.) Is this allowed? Is there some sort of copyright fee?
